Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Patricia DeL. Marvil is the founder and owner of Securiguard.  She was recently selected as one of the Nation’s five outstanding Hispanic Business Executive Women of the Year and one of the Washington Metropolitan area’s Top Twenty-Five Women Business Owners for the past 6 years.

Mrs. Marvil has over 26 years of experience in security and criminal justice.  Over the past 20 years, Mrs. Marvil has successfully developed Securiguard into a multi-million dollar corporation that has a hard earned reputation for providing highly professional security services with integrity.  She has simultaneously served on the Board of Directors for several business organizations and has supported the development of new businesses in Northern Virginia .  Mrs. Marvil has also been appointed to and served on several commissions and boards for the development of special programs for the Commonwealth of Virginia by the Governor of Virginia.

Roger L. Bruley analyzes solicitations and develops pricing models to accurately estimate the cost to ensure full compliance with client requirements and SGI’s management plan.  Additional duties include Facility Security Officer, Weapons Custodian, Agency Licensee for our Maryland License, Training Director for our Virginia certified training school, and Compliance Agent.  In his 29 years with Securiguard, Mr. Bruley has temporarily performed other duties from security officer to project manager.

A 1973 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as a Military Police Officer with an alternate specialty in Nuclear Weapons.  He commanded a 200 person Military Police Company providing physical security for a nuclear weapons storage site.  As Provost Marshal for the Kwajalein Missile Range, he directed law enforcement, safety, and security operations supporting 2000 people with technical and support facilities on nine islands.  The balance of his military career focused on nuclear surety duties at brigade, Corps, and Army level, providing oversight of the safety, security, and survivability programs for nuclear weapons systems.
